Full Container Load for large orders (20ft / 40ft / 40ft HQ) or Less-than-Container Load for smaller shipments. Transit time: 12-26 days to US West Coast, 24-30 days to Europe, 7-10 days to Southeast Asia. Most cost-effective for orders over 1 CBM.
Air Freight
Fast and reliable for time-sensitive orders. Transit time: 3-7 days airport-to-airport to major international hubs. Ideal for high-value goods, seasonal products and urgent restocking. Competitive rates through our volume contracts with major carriers.
Express Courier
DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT door-to-door in 3-5 business days worldwide. Best for samples, small orders under 50 kg, or urgent shipments. We compare rates across carriers to get you the best price for your weight and destination.
Customs Clearance
We prepare all export documentation in China: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading. For your destination country, we can connect you with trusted customs brokers or handle clearance through our logistics partners.

Shipping questions
How do I choose between sea, air and express shipping?
If your order is over 1 CBM and not urgent, sea freight is the most economical. For orders 0.5-2 CBM that are time-sensitive, air freight offers the best speed-to-cost ratio. For samples or orders under 50 kg, express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is fastest. We'll recommend the best option based on your shipment size, destination and timeline.
Do you handle customs clearance and import duties?
We handle all Chinese export clearance. For import clearance at destination, we can either connect you with our trusted brokers in your country or offer a complete DDP service where we manage everything -including duties and taxes -door to door.
Can I track my shipment in real time?
Yes. Once your shipment is booked, we provide the tracking number (container number for sea freight, AWB for air, courier tracking number for express). You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. We also monitor progress and keep you updated at key milestones.
