OEM & private label questions
What's the typical MOQ for private label products?
MOQs vary by product category. For electronics, typically 500-1,000 units; for apparel 200-500 pieces per design; for packaging 1,000-5,000 pieces. We negotiate the lowest possible MOQ for your first order and can often arrange a trial run of 100-200 units to test the market.
How do you protect my design and intellectual property?
We sign NNN (Non-Use, Non-Disclosure, Non-Circumvention) agreements with every factory before sharing your designs. We also recommend filing a design patent or trademark in China -we can connect you with IP lawyers in Guangzhou who handle this for foreign brands affordably.
Can you help with Amazon FBA packaging requirements?
Yes, we're very familiar with Amazon FBA prep requirements. We ensure your products are packaged with proper barcodes (FNSKU), suffocation warnings, country-of-origin labels and carton specifications that meet Amazon's inbound shipping guidelines. Many of our clients are experienced Amazon sellers.
