Quality Control & Product Inspection
Catch defects before they ship. We inspect at every critical stage -from raw materials to final packing -so your order meets your quality standards.
Three-stage quality assurance
Raw Material Inspection
Before production starts, we inspect incoming raw materials and components. We verify material specifications, color codes, fabric weights, component grades -catching quality issues at their source before they become expensive reworks.
In-Line Inspection (DUPRO)
During production, when 20-50% of your order is complete, we inspect on the production line. This catches process deviations early -alignment issues, stitching problems, assembly errors -so the factory can correct course without delaying your shipment.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (AQL)
When 100% of production is complete and packed, we conduct AQL sampling inspection before the goods leave the factory. We check quantity, workmanship, function, labeling, packaging and measurements against your specifications. A detailed photo/video report follows.

Quality questions
Which AQL level do you use for inspection?
We use AQL 2.5 (Level II) as standard for general consumer goods, which is the most widely accepted industry norm. For critical products (medical, children's items) we can apply AQL 1.0 or tighter. You can specify your preferred standard and we'll follow it precisely.
What if the inspection fails?
If defects exceed the AQL threshold, we issue a FAIL report immediately. We work with the factory to rework or replace defective units, then re-inspect before authorizing shipment. Your goods do not leave China until they pass inspection.
Can I get video footage of the inspection?
Absolutely. Every QC report includes high-resolution photos and a narrated video walkthrough of the inspection process. You can see exactly what we see -the good, the bad and any borderline items -so you can make informed shipping decisions from anywhere in the world.
Don't ship blind -inspect first
An inspection costs a fraction of what a defective shipment costs. Let us check your goods before they leave China.
