While we strive to ensure the highest quality of products and services, SourcingAgentChina is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from manufacturing delays, shipping issues, or product defects beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us.
5. Intellectual Property
We respect your intellectual property. We sign NNN agreements to protect your designs and confidential information. You retain all rights to your custom designs and brand assets.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
