Freight Forwarder in China & DDP Door Delivery

A forwarder books space on vessels and flights, handles export customs in China, consolidates cargo from several suppliers into one shipment, buys insurance, clears the goods at destination and arranges delivery to your door. When we act as your forwarder, the same team also runs the sourcing side: factory audit, price negotiation, inspection and repacking, so your cargo leaves our Guangzhou warehouse on one booking instead of five.

Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) the price we quote covers export clearance in China, freight, destination import duty and customs clearance, and delivery to your address. You receive the goods without dealing with a broker or paying duty separately. Under DAP the freight and delivery are ours but the import clearance, duty and tax are yours, so you need your own customs broker and registration numbers. Both are on our rate card - the lane price tells you which one it is.

Four rate-card markets: the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Canada. The US runs on four DDP lanes priced by ZIP zone (air priority, air economy, Matson express and Yantian standard sea). The UK has air priority, air economy, rail-truck and palletised lanes across 22 postcode zones. Europe has air, sea LCL, rail-truck and oversized sea lanes by country and postcode. Canada runs Vancouver and Toronto LCL per CBM plus oversized truck and MG express lanes.

On the September 2026 card: US sea LCL runs about RMB 10.8-20 per kg and US air about RMB 54-71 per kg depending on ZIP zone and weight band. To the UK, rail-truck is RMB 13-19 per kg and air RMB 36-62 per kg depending on the import-VAT terms. Europe runs RMB 8-16.5 per kg by sea, RMB 14-23 by rail-truck and RMB 30-44 per kg by air. Canada is billed per CBM: RMB 1,450-3,300 for Vancouver LCL and RMB 1,550-2,250 for Toronto LCL. Rates fall as shipments get heavier, so consolidating orders is usually cheaper than shipping them separately.

Yes - that is where most of the savings come from. Suppliers deliver to our Guangzhou warehouse, we check quantities and quality against your order, repack or re-label for export, palletise or crate if needed, and then ship everything on one booking. You get one set of documents, one customs entry and one delivery instead of a shipment per factory.

Yes, to US, UK, EU, Canadian and other FBA warehouses. FBA cartons need at least two labels each, "Team Lift" above 22.5 kg and "Heavy Package" above 15 kg, and wooden packing needs hinged lids with 10 cm forklift feet. Send us the FBA shipment ID and the appointment requirements at booking and we handle the delivery window. Vancouver FBA warehouses have their own rate line on the Canadian card.

Counterfeit or branded goods, weapons and replicas, pure batteries and power banks, mobile phones on general lanes, pharmaceuticals, flammable, explosive or corrosive goods, unknown powders and liquids, antiques, currency and stamps, live animals and human remains, and food on general lanes. Built-in batteries and magnetic goods travel on specific lanes with a declaration, and magnetic cargo needs a magnetic inspection report before booking.

Customs inspection fees, storage and demurrage beyond any free window, re-delivery, waiting time, timed delivery, remote-area and Northern Ireland surcharges, product-category surcharges, and anything the forwarder bills at cost. Peak season from mid-November to February adds carrier surcharges and excludes delay compensation. Every quote lists what is included and what is billed at cost, and the binding price is confirmed in writing before booking.

Report windows are 20 days for parcels not yet picked up, 60 days from label creation while in transit, and 7 days after delivery. Compensation is RMB 40 per kg on air lanes (freight not refunded), RMB 20 per kg on sea lanes, and capped at USD 100 per shipment once the goods are handed to the last-mile carrier. Fragile-goods damage and partial loss are excluded, and no delay compensation applies in peak season - so we recommend marine cargo insurance for high-value cargo.

Send the product, the number of cartons or pallets, the weight and dimensions, the destination city or postcode, and whether it is FBA or a commercial address. We come back with the lane options, the confirmed rate, the sailing or flight and the transit time - usually within one working day.
