We verify the factory's business license, registration address, legal representative and scope of operations with Chinese government databases. We confirm the factory legally exists and is authorized to manufacture your product category.
Production Capacity Audit
We walk the production floor -counting machines, assembly lines, warehouse space and workforce size. We assess whether the factory's actual monthly output can handle your order volume without delays.
Certification Verification
We verify ISO 9001, CE, FDA, BSCI, SEDEX and other certifications. We check expiry dates, issuing bodies, and whether the certs genuinely cover the production lines used for your order -not just paper compliance.

Audit questions
How long does a factory audit take?
A standard on-site audit takes 1-2 days including travel. The audit report with photos, documents and our assessment is delivered within 2-3 business days after the visit.
Can you audit a factory I've already found?
Yes. Many clients come to us with a factory they found on Alibaba or at a trade show. We'll do an independent on-site audit to verify if the factory is legitimate and capable. You get an unbiased professional assessment.
What happens if the factory fails the audit?
We flag all red flags clearly in the report and recommend against proceeding. We'll then help you find alternative verified suppliers from our network. Your deposit is never at risk because we catch issues before you commit.
